Our first day of school...

It was a success! Of course, it's all review and Anne was terribly excited about doing school again. John, on the other hand, could care less. He told Rich school was hard today...harder than he thought...I'm thinking, What? He doesn't know what hard is! Third grade is a tough year...I remember 3rd grade and my teacher, Miss Driskill at Ridgecrest. She was a great teacher!

Took John and Anne to the eye doctor to get a baseline checkup...all eyes are good! Anne is a bit far-sighted, but not a problem.

Signed Anne up for ballet/tap. John and William will do tumbling. This will be John's 6th year. It's really helped him with baseball and that hand-eye coordination.
